I've been enjoying T-Tapp workouts since 2001... and T-Tapp is definitely "The Wellness Workout That Works"!
It's very rehabilitative and focused on proper form for each movement. Teresa Tapp is so knowledgeable and caring... I love learning from her and her team of "Tappers". ![]() I also love that there is very little chance of injury... as there is with other workouts and trainers. With T-Tapp you never need to use weights... only your own body's resistance. Also, you only do 8 repetitions for each move. I'd recommend the T-Tapp Total Workout with the Instructionals, which are included. Take your time learning each move... and use the PAUSE button often. ![]() This one workout will take you from beginner to advanced... and can be broken into sections (which will save you money from buying several other workouts). I also own a few other T-Tapp workout dvds... including the Basic Plus, MORE, LadyBugs, Hit the Floor, and several others. Hoe Downs are little miracle moves that have changed my life!
